Shipping

We deliver to Brisbane and surrounding areas only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days once dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout — please contact us for a quote on large or pallet orders.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 5 business days and we'll sort it out.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept change of mind returns. All sales are final once confirmed.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or compromised item, contact us within 5 business days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation.
